Lori Rasco Payne

Member Southern Association of Dance Masters -  USAG - Safety Certified - Gymcert Certification.  Lori has twenty four years of Dance and Gymnastics experience.  After teaching for seven years at Pam Rasco Kirby School of Dance, Lori opened her own facility in 1993.  The first location was on Millbranch.  She then moved to 1650 Mississippi Valley Blvd with 2300 square feet in 1997.  Then in October 2002, she opened LRP Studios, LLC.  A 7200 sq. ft. facility with two dance rooms, a 3600 sq. foot multi-purpose gym, which enabled her to bring multiple programs to one facility.  Lori is a graduate of Southaven High School.  She was also a Mid-South Fair finalist, has appeared on TV, performed as a back-up dancer, works with the Southaven High School Color Guard, and is on the examining committee for S.A.D.M.  Lori has also choreographed Southaven High School musicals such as Fiddler on the Roof, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, How to Succeed in Business, Fame, Guys and Dolls, Working, She Loves Me , Children of Eden, and most recently Suessical.

Erin Newman Elam

Member Southern Association of Dance Masters.  Erin has twenty one years of Dance and Gymnastics experience and has been teaching at LRP Studios, LLC for twelve years.  Erin is a graduate of Southaven High School and N.W.C.C. While at S.H.S. Erin was a member of the Charger Cheerleaders which placed 2nd at the UCA Nationals in Florida.  She was also an active member of Thespian troupe 1226 and appeared in such musicals as Fame, How to Succeed in Business, and She Loves Me.  Erin teaches the choreography and is a back up dancer for R&B artist  Temmora.  She has performed in L.A. at the Radio and Record Awards, and traveled to Miami to perform on the Billboard Music Awards.  Erin also has been the Coach of Desoto Dance Jr. All-Stars.

Melanie Hatton

Teacher Certificate/LRP Studios-dance & gym.  Melanie has nineteen years of Dance and Gymnastics experience and has been teaching at LRP Studios, LLC for eight years.  Melanie is a Graduate of S.B.E.C. where she was a member of the Color Guard and appeared in and choreographed several musical productions.  Melanie is currently pursuing a career during the daytime as a Dental Hygenist in Hernando.


Sara Sims

One of Ms. Lori"s daughters- Sara has lived at the studio learning from the best!  She is currently and has been a cheerleader for Southave Middle & High School and has been dancing and doing gymnastics since she was 5 years old.  This is Sara"s third year officially teaching at LRP.


Cristina Catalani Kelly

Bio coming soon! She graduated form Southern Miss with a degree in Dance and went on to dance professionally in North Carolina...when I have more, I will post!!  The girls love Cristina!  This will be her second year at LRP.
